HAROLD L. BOYER MEMORIAL

This scholarship is awarded to a full-time student with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. Preference is given to students majoring in Environmental Studies, History, Political Science, or Geography, with secondary consideration for Education majors. The recipient must plan to transfer to a four-year university in Maryland or to an out-of-state university that has an articulation agreement with HCC. The recipient should also demonstrate active involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or civic engagement.
