Massey H. Roe Scholarship Funds of the Hagerstown Lions Club

This scholarship is open to local high school students from North High, South High, Washington County Technical High School, Barbara Ingram School for the Arts, St. Maria Goretti High School, any newer school program, or homeschooled students within the listed school districts, who reside in Washington County and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need.

Approved students are asked to attend a Hagerstown Lions Club luncheon meeting in the spring.
