This scholarship is open to students who are residents of Maryland, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and are majoring in a STEM, Education, or business program. Preference is given to students who are residents of Washington County, Maryland. Preference is also given to students majoring in STEM. If 100% promise program in MD exists, the scholarship can be awarded to a student in a trades/certificate program.
