C. E. GALBRAITH FRANKLIN/FULTON COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is open to students who are residents of Franklin or Fulton County, PA, are enrolled in 12 or more credits for the semester, and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. This scholarship is granted to students who show the greatest potential for successful completion of a degree program at HCC.
