F&M Trust Presidents' Scholarship

This scholarship is open to students who are residents of Washington County, MD or one of the following counties in PA: Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lancaster. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0, be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the semester, and demonstrate financial need.
