SGT. RICHARD H. GOOD SCHOLARSHIP

In memory of Sgt. Richard H. Good, who retired from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in 1996.

This scholarship is open to full-time students with an Administration of Justice major, and have at least a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who aim to be a police officer and are residents of Maryland.
