KAREN LYNN OYSTER MOATS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is open to students with at least a 3.0 GPA who reside in Washington County. Students must be in the Nursing program and committed to achieving an RN degree and entering clinical nursing and should indicate a desire to further their education beyond an associate’s degree.
