CHARLES W. RIGGS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is open to full-time need based incoming Washington County residents who are freshmen who have at least a 3.0 High School GPA. Preference will be given to Accounting, Business, Math, Engineering, or Science majors.
