FRANCES A. WESTON SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship is open to need based students who have at least a 2.5 GPA and reside in Washington County. Preference is given to Washington County students who have successfully participated in the English for Speakers or Other Languages (ESOL) program through the Washington County school system or adults who have successfully participated in similarly recognized programs in Washington County.
